Lab Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests in accordance with approved procedures.
• Analyze and accurately record test results in the system.
• Receive and verify samples according to test requests.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for timely and accurate results.
• Home Visit: Conduct patient visits based on bookings, collect samples, and ensure safe transport to the lab.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
• Valid MOH license as a Lab Technician (transferable within Kuwait).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
