Lab Technician & Phlebotomist

Phlebotomy & Sample Collection

• Perform safe and hygienic blood sample collection from patients of all ages.

• Follow proper venipuncture techniques and maintain minimal discomfort to patients.

*

• Label, handle, and transport samples according to laboratory protocols.

*

Laboratory Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and process patient samples.

*

• Perform routine tests (hematology, biochemistry, urine/stool tests, rapid tests, semen analysis, etc.).

*

• Assist in maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.

*

• Prepare slides, stains, and reagents as required.

*

• Maintain strict quality control and follow NABL-guideline–aligned procedures (if applicable).

*

• Ensure accurate data entry and timely reporting of results.

Patient Interaction & Coordination

• Communicate politely and professionally with patients.

*

• Guide patients regarding sample collection instructions when required.

*

• Coordinate with reception and doctors regarding urgent or special test requirements.

*

Maintenance & Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the lab.

*

• Follow all infection-control and biomedical waste management protocols.

*

• Ensure inventory and stock management of lab consumables.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
