Job Description:
Qualification & Experience:
- DAE( Computer/IT/Network) or equivalent from a recognized board.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support in UG & PG computer lab
- To Provide assistance in Servers (trouble Shooting, Maintenance, Student Policy, Active,Directory, DNS).
- Software/Operating system installation in computer labs and where required in departrnent.
- Networking (Trouble Shooting and Configuration)
- VolP (Telephone System) configuration.
- Troubleshooting of overall IT related problems at SCME.
- Installation and troubleshooting of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP servers.
- Switch on/off classroom podiums + multimedia at detained station.
- To ensure smooth flow of seminars/conferences at Seminar Hall by maintaining its podium and multimedia.
Training/Certification:
- Diploma in Information Technology

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Late / incomplete applications will be ignored.
- Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
