Lab Technician Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lab Technician / Laboratory Teache r to support science teaching and learning across the school by ensuring the safe, effective, and organized operation of science laboratories.

• Prepare, set up, and maintain laboratory equipment and materials for practical science lessons.
• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with health, safety, and MOE regulations .
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory inventory, chemicals, and equipment.
• Safely store, label, and dispose of chemicals and hazardous materials according to approved procedures.
• Assist in demonstrating experiments when required and support inquiry-based learning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratories at all times.
• Report any safety concerns, equipment issues, or shortages to the relevant department.
• Support cross-departmental science activities, projects, and assessments when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or a related field.
• Relevant experience as a Lab Technician or Laboratory Teacher (school experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students.
• Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
