Lab Chemist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Lab Chemist to support laboratory testing and quality control activities within the lubricants manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will assist in routine analysis, ensure product quality, and maintain laboratory standards in compliance with company and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory testing on lubricant oils, greases, and raw materials
• Assist in quality control and quality assurance testing
• Record, analyze, and report test results accurately
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and ISO standards
• Support senior chemists in product development and troubleshooting
• Maintain proper documentation and lab records

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
• Basic knowledge of laboratory testing techniques
• Familiarity with lubricant testing methods (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
