As we accelerate expansion in the United States—with a goal to triple our footprint over the next 3–4 years—we are hiring a Labor Planning Associate to support our business as we grow on this ambitious growth trajectory.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Labor Planning Associate to join our US HQ. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a knack for systems, structure, and a strong understanding of a P&L.

This role is based in New York and operates out of our office in Soho. We are in office 5 days a week. From time to time as your schedule permits you may be able to work from home one day a week but you can plan on being in office 5 days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support with all shift plan related matters, data and compliance.
  • Create and follow up on compliance reports to Operation.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in documentation and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with district and store managers to ensure accurate templates to meet the agreed labor percentages.
  • Responsible for weekly shift plan assessment reports to optimize operation.
  • Weekly “closing” days and follow up on time & attendance across US markets.
  • Create schedule templates for US stores.
  • Ensure managers are following deadlines and procedures for shift planning, including closing off weeks and create shift plans.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in operations, planning, or administrative support is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for teamwork and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss (P&L statements, with the ability to identify and understand financial data and provide solutions to support and improve performance and strategic planning.
