We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Courier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of packages and documents, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicle to transport goods to various locations.
• Load and unload packages, ensuring they are handled with care.
• Follow designated routes and schedules for efficient delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Use a smart phone app to track deliveries.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Courier or in a similar delivery driver role is preferred.
• Customer service experience is essential for effective communication with clients.
• Knowledge of route driving techniques and navigation skills is beneficial.
