Laboratory Manager

Falcon Group of Companies is hiring a Laboratory Manager with 5+ years of experience in geotechnical and material testing laboratories. The candidate should have strong expertise in laboratory operations, quality control, team handling, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily laboratory operations and testing activities.
• Supervise laboratory engineers, technicians, and lab staff.
• Ensure compliance with ASTM, BS, AASHTO, and UAE standards.
• Maintain quality control procedures and testing records.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Support laboratory audits, accreditation, and HSE procedures.
• Prepare and review laboratory reports and test results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of laboratory management experience.
• Strong knowledge of soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and field testing.
• Experience in laboratory quality systems and audits.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
