Laboratory Operations Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Operations Manager located in Riyadh. The Laboratory Operations Manager will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, monitoring equipment maintenance, and managing quality control activities. Additional tasks include supervising laboratory staff, developing operational strategies, and ensuring the efficient use of laboratory resources to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Laboratory Safety protocols and regulations
• Strong Laboratory Skills with expertise in handling and maintaining Laboratory Equipment
• Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Skilled in Operations Management, including team supervision, workflow optimization, and resource allocation
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with laboratory software and data management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
