Laboratory Supervisor – Geotechnical / Materials Testing

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laboratory Supervisor to join our growing geotechnical and construction materials testing division. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced lab environment and wants to lead a team in delivering high-quality testing services for infrastructure and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the materials testing laboratory
• Oversee geotechnical and construction material tests (soil, aggregate, concrete, asphalt)
• Ensure compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, and project specifications
• Train, mentor, and schedule laboratory technicians
• Review and verify the accuracy of test data and reports
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab equipment
• Support internal QA/QC programs and maintain a safe, clean lab environment
• Communicate effectively with field personnel and project engineers
