Laboratory Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Laboratory Technician (DMLT / CMLT) to join our fertility & diagnostics team.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: DMLT / CMLT
• Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
• Basic knowledge or interest in semen analysis & fertility lab work
• Willingness to learn IUI-related laboratory procedures
• Responsible, detail-oriented & ethical work approach

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing Semen Analysis as per standard protocols
• Assisting in IUI procedures
• Sample handling, labeling & documentation
• Maintaining lab hygiene, SOPs & quality standards
• Supporting senior doctors/embryology team
