About The Role
We are looking for an Laboratory Specialist to join our team at our Sarkoy Plant. The ideal candidate will ensure the creation of warehouses for quality control, reporting, and records of raw materials, packaging materials, auxiliary features, semi-finished products, and finished products in accordance with company rules, legal requirements, local and global standards and quality plans. Maintaining the control and continuity of the Quality Food Safety management system in the factory where the company works.
Role Responsibilities
Perform analyses of all types of materials and substances, such as raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, etc., according to experimental instructions and technical specifications. Inform the supervisor and initiate corrective actions when nonconformities are detected in the analysis results of samples analyzed in the laboratory, and follow up on the process. Check the compliance of all parameters affecting product quality. Handle customer complaints, analyze and control non-compliant products, participate in root cause analysis studies, and conduct product, defect, and statistical studies. Perform statistical analysis and error analysis related to the analyses and controls conducted. Participate in necessary activities for establishing the HACCP Food Safety System in the factory and perform required checks to ensure the continuity of the system. Conduct periodic GMP field inspections (e.g., GMP audits, FSSC 22000 field audits), initiate corrective actions for identified nonconformities, and follow up on the process. Participate in projects related to quality, food safety, and other topics.
