Laborer/Helper Needed—$120 per day—Raises!!—Paid One Week Out on Friday

Looking for a laborer/helper in Helena, MT. 5 days a week. $120 per day. Needed a minimum of 5 days per week, NO EXCEPTIONS. You will be able to work your 6th and 7th day for extra income if you would like. Start time is at 8am. Payment is on Friday’s one week out.

You will be responsible for helping and assisting on the different job sites.

Required: One(1) mandatory shadow day required without pay to make sure it’s a fit for AITS and all parties involved.

Once shadow day is completed and it’s determined you will be able to continue with the process you will be required to do a drug screen and background check the following day to begin the process of being on boarded.

Please be motivated as this is a fast pace position. No phones while working. Need someone to start as soon as this coming week.

You must have a reliable vehicle to drive to different locations. You will drive to roughly 4-6 locations daily within Helena. Quick and easy payment. Payment will be on Friday’s one week out. Please note this is a 1099 contract temporary position.

A few of the simple duties that will be conducted are the following:

-Wheeling a Digital Footage reader from point A to B to capture footage total

- A bit of manual digging with hand tools

- Backfilling a trench with hand tools provided (shovels, rake, etc.)

- Rolling out and dropping a conduit inside a trench

Lastly, please read carefully as this is the best part. Pay Ladder Increase. Based on working days. A total of 7 worked days required before moving onto the next tier.

1st Tier (7 working days)- $120 per day

2nd Tier(7 working days)- $135 per day

3rd Tier (7 working days)- $150 per day

4th Tier Cap- $160 per day

You will be capped starting the 4th Tier at $160 per day.
