Job Description:
We are currently looking for Fresh Labour to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in operating machines, ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines efficiently and safely
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues; report major issues to supervisors
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the process

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of mechanical operations and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• No prior experience required – training will be provided
