Job Description – Labour / Helper
Job Type: Full-time / Contractual
Department: Production / Operations / Maintenance
Location: Plant / Warehouse / Construction Site

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely.
• Support skilled workers (welders, fitters, electricians, machine operators) in daily tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area, shop floor, or construction site.
• Carry raw materials to machines and shift finished goods to storage areas.
• Operate basic tools and follow supervisor’s instructions.
• Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and company policies at all times.
• Report any damages, safety hazards, or irregularities immediately to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Education: 8th Pass / 10th Pass (higher education not mandatory).
• Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years in factory / warehouse / construction labour preferred.
• Skills:
• Physical strength and stamina.
• Basic understanding of safety

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
