LABOURER

The role involves general manual duties, assisting with berth and pontoon activities, handling equipment and materials, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and supporting the operations team as required.

• Assist in loading, unloading, and moving cargo, materials, and equipment within the marina and port areas.

• Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and waste collection duties to maintain a tidy and safe working environment.

• Support vessel operations by assisting crews during berthing, mooring, and equipment handling, when required.

• Follow instructions from supervisors for routine and urgent operational tasks.

• Help in setting up and dismantling equipment for events, maintenance works, or marine activities.

• Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste in compliance with HSSE procedures.

• Perform minor maintenance assistance such as painting, cleaning of quayside surfaces, or equipment washing.

• Report any unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or hazards immediately to the supervisor.
