Lactation Counselor

Skills and Experience

• Preferably BSc(Nursing), Pharma graduate, BAMS, BPT, BSc (Nutrition and dietetics) with experience in lactation counselling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Flair for Multi-tasking
• Fluency in Hindi, English and Telugu. Additional regional language is an advantage
• Good knowledge in Word and Excel

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Counselling lactating mothers about pumping, milk storage and collection
• Following up with mothers and supporting them through the donation process
• liaising with internal stake holders
• Providing tele counselling to breastfeeding mothers.
• In person hospital visits for lactation counselling/nursing education – 1 to 2 times a month
• Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly trackers and dashboards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
