We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and motivational Salon Manager/Supervisor to oversee all daily operations of our exclusive ladies' salon. This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, managing the entire staff team, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene across all services. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Oversee, motivate, and manage all salon staff, including Receptionists, Hair Stylists, Nail Technicians, and Therapists.
  • Create, manage, and optimize weekly staff schedules and rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
  • Conduct staff recruitment, hiring, performance reviews, and provide continuous training and mentorship.
  • Mediate conflicts among staff members and ensure a positive, professional, and harmonious work environment.

Operations & Quality Control:

  • Ensure all salon operations (opening, closing, maintenance) run smoothly and efficiently every day.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professional presentation across all service stations and public areas.
  • Monitor service quality and consistency, ensuring all treatments meet the salon's high standards.
  • Manage and resolve complex client complaints or issues with grace and professionalism.

Business & Financial Management:

  • Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders for products/supplies, and minimizing waste.
  • Manage the till, reconcile daily transactions (cash and digital), and perform basic bookkeeping.
  • Identify opportunities and implement strategies to increase service bookings, retail sales, and overall salon profitability.
  • Marketing & Client Relations:
  • Develop and implement local promotional campaigns, discounts, and social media activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships, encouraging loyalty and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the beauty, spa, or luxury retail industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and motivating a diverse team to achieve sales targets.

Knowledge:

  • Thorough understanding of professional salon operations, high-end beauty treatments (hair, nails, body), and retail product sales.
  • Familiarity with financial management, basic bookkeeping, and salon management software (POS/Booking systems).

Compensation

The salary package will be discussed in detail during the face-to-face interview process, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
