We are looking for a Lady Administrative Professional to provide administrative, sales support, and HR support functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Master’s Degree in any discipline
- Good knowledge of office administration, sales coordination, and HR support
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management
- Assist the sales team with quotations, documentation, follow-ups, and client coordination
- Support HR functions including employee records, attendance, onboarding, and coordination
- Maintain proper filing, reports, and office documentation
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional attitude with attention to detail
- Previous experience in administrative, sales support, or HR support roles is an advantage
