Lady Administrative Professional (Sales & HR Support)

We are looking for a Lady Administrative Professional to provide administrative, sales support, and HR support functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Master’s Degree in any discipline
  • Good knowledge of office administration, sales coordination, and HR support
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to management
  • Assist the sales team with quotations, documentation, follow-ups, and client coordination
  • Support HR functions including employee records, attendance, onboarding, and coordination
  • Maintain proper filing, reports, and office documentation

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in administrative, sales support, or HR support roles is an advantage
