- Prepare and cook a wide variety of international cuisines (e.g., Continental, Arabic, Asian, Indian, Mediterranean) as per menu requirements
- Ensure authentic taste, presentation, and portion control for all dishes
- Plan daily and weekly menus based on dietary needs and client preferences
- Handle food preparation including cleaning, cutting, marinating, and cooking ingredients
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times
- Manage proper storage of food items and ensure freshness and quality
- Monitor inventory and inform employer/management about grocery and supply requirements
- Follow special dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or low-calorie meals
- Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals
- Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas after use
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with household staff or kitchen helpers if required
- Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs
- Be flexible to prepare meals for guests, events, or special occasions
