Lady Cook

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of international cuisines (e.g., Continental, Arabic, Asian, Indian, Mediterranean) as per menu requirements
  • Ensure authentic taste, presentation, and portion control for all dishes
  • Plan daily and weekly menus based on dietary needs and client preferences
  • Handle food preparation including cleaning, cutting, marinating, and cooking ingredients
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times
  • Manage proper storage of food items and ensure freshness and quality
  • Monitor inventory and inform employer/management about grocery and supply requirements
  • Follow special dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or low-calorie meals
  • Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals
  • Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas after use
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Coordinate with household staff or kitchen helpers if required
  • Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs
  • Be flexible to prepare meals for guests, events, or special occasions

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
