Lady Receptionist

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

REQUIRED NATIONALITY:
ARABIC / PHILIPPINES (LADY)

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Having the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks at once.
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence
  • Develop good relationships with existing and potential members/clients.
  • Updating and maintaining the office documentation and databases.
  • Deal with all inquiries professionally and courteously manner, in person, on the telephone, or via e-mail.
  • Keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times

Additional Requirements (but not necessary)

  • Assisted the marketing manager and supported the marketing team with marketing activities.
  • Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature.
  • Assist with the collection of information for promotional literature and marketing activities

Skills

  • Minimum possesses a Certificate/Diploma in any related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus but not required)
  • Highly motivated, confident, able to work independently, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, knowledge about social media marketing or sales, and editing
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.

Salary may depend on the candidate's experience and expertise.
