We are seeking an experienced dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead operations across our hotel’s food and beverage outlets. This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage areas
- Manage scheduling, forecasting, and staff training
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies
- Support and coordinate special events and functions
- Monitor and assist with food and beverage cost control
Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate weight as needed
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proven leadership abilities in a hospitality setting
- Experience with cost control and budgeting is a plus
