Land Acquisition & Business Development

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Business Development And Operation Head in the leadership role, to lead end-to-end operations, projects, and strategic growth for a dynamic and fast growing real estate organization in the UAE .

Key Responsibilities1. Land Acquisition

• Identify and evaluate land parcels across Dubai aligned with company strategy (residential, commercial, mixed-use).
• Conduct zoning, title, and regulatory due diligence (DLD, RERA compliance).
• Analyze location potential, infrastructure access, and future growth corridors.
• Negotiate land purchase agreements and joint development deals.

2. Broker & Network Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, landowners, and intermediaries.
• Create a reliable pipeline of off-market land opportunities.
• Establish partnerships with local real estate firms and consultants.
• Track broker performance and manage commission structures.

3. Deal Structuring & Negotiation

• Structure deals including outright purchase, JV, revenue share, and long-term lease models.
• Lead negotiations with landowners, investors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with legal teams for contracts, MOUs, and agreements.

4. Project Report Preparation (Feasibility Studies)

• Prepare detailed project feasibility reports including:
• Market analysis (demand, supply, pricing trends)
• Financial modeling (IRR, ROI, NPV, cash flow projections)
• Development cost estimation
• Sales strategy and pricing
• Assess project risks and mitigation strategies.

5. Presentation & Investment Pitching

• Develop professional presentations for internal approvals and investor pitches.
• Clearly communicate project vision, financial viability, and returns.
• Customize decks for banks, private investors, and partners.

6. Funding & Investor Relations

• Identify funding sources (banks, private investors, family offices, funds).
• Support debt and equity fundraising processes.
• Prepare documentation required for financing approvals.
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
