GENERAL PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Vice President of Technical Services, the Land Administrator will support Energy Fuels’ mining operations by managing and processing land-related payments, maintaining accurate land records, and assisting with other land administration to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient land management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Submitting timely check requests for all land payments including: production royalties, advanced royalties, surface use agreements, and other payments

Maintain BLM mining claims, annually

Process title opinions and resolve lease ownership issues.

Support royalty owner inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance.

Calculate mineral interest, royalty interest, working interest, and net revenue interest.

Preparing professional reports for our clients

Maintain land database: LandVantage

Updating land maps
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:

Minimum 5-10 years of experience as Landman or related field

Education: High School Diploma

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Word)

Strong research skills and attention to detail

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment while being self-motivated

Part-Time Position: up to 20 hours per week

This role is part-time, typically Monday - Thursday, 4-6 hours per day.
10-25 hours per week depending on processing deadlines.
