Land Surveyor

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Land Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably within interior fit-out, joinery, or construction projects, to join our ongoing project in Iraq.

The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate to Iraq and will play a key role in providing precise site measurements, layout, and survey data to support our project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate land and building measurements using surveying instruments
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to assist with layout
• Prepare and maintain survey data, maps, reports, and documentation
• Conduct as-built surveys and site verification for joinery/fit-out elements
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with project plans, tolerances, and specifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land surveying
• Prior experience in fit-out, joinery, or interior construction projects is a strong advantage
• Proficient in using total station, GPS, and AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus)
• Strong understanding of leveling, layout, and site setting-out techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Willing to relocate to Iraq immediately
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,500.00 per month
