Position: Land Surveyor
Location: UAE
Project Type: Residential Villas (Phased Development – Multiple Clusters)
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years, with at least 5 years in the UAE and consultancy/construction supervision background

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our supervision team for a large-scale residential villa community project, consisting of multiple clusters and phases. The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate surveying services to support design layouts, site execution, and quality assurance, ensuring works are carried out in compliance with project specifications and authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out precise land/topographic surveys, setting out works, and verification of construction alignments and levels.
• Ensure accuracy of all survey data, drawings, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, records, and drawings for reference and submission.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure correct implementation of designs.
• Monitor and check subcontractors’ survey works for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or potential conflicts in site measurements.
• Ensure all survey instruments and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
• Support project progress monitoring by providing updated site measurements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Strong background in villa/residential development projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other surveying software.
• Good understanding of local regulations, codes, and authority requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
