HIRING: LAND SURVEYOR

We are looking to hire:
Group Company: Gulf Co. – Contracting & Construction Division (Gulf Group Holding)
Position: Land Surveyor
Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Surveying (or equivalent)
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in building/infra projects and site surveying

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS (RTK), and related surveying instruments
• Experience in setting out coordinates, levels, and alignments for civil/MEP works
• Strong knowledge of survey calculations, traverse/level adjustments, and coordinate systems
• Ability to read IFC/shop drawings and prepare as-built drawings
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office; Civil 3D is an advantage
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, site HSE, and municipality/authority standards
• Strong coordination and communication skills with site engineers and subcontractors
• UAE Driving License preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out site surveys, topographic mapping, and setting out for structures, roads, and utilities
• Verify dimensions, levels, and layout prior to execution; ensure compliance with drawings and specs
• Maintain calibration logs and daily survey records; generate survey reports and as-builts
• Coordinate with project and QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals
• Monitor and control survey benchmarks, reference points, and control networks
• Assist in quantity take-offs, progress measurements, and variation support
• Troubleshoot survey-related issues and propose practical solutions
