Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in surveying, setting out, and preparing accurate site data for construction projects. A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys using total station, GPS, and other instruments.
• Set out coordinates and levels according to project drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, field notes, and maps.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure accurate project execution.
• Verify and adjust survey instruments and equipment for precision.
• Ensure all surveying work complies with local regulations and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in land surveying within the UAE.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, GPS, and Total Station (Leica, Trimble, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of site setting-out and coordinate systems.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
