Land Surveyor

Job Description:

1- Conduct field surveys and measurements to establish property boundaries.

2- Carry out initial and ongoing land surveys and setting out works using total station, GPS, auto level, and other surveying equipment.

3- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports and maps.

4- Collaborate with engineers and sub-contractors to provide accurate site data.

5- Knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD Civil 3D), GIS systems, and survey software.

6- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance.

7- Verify calculations and resolve discrepancies in survey data.

8- Assist in preparing cost estimates and project documentation.

Qualifications:

1- Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2- Minimum of 3 years work experience in roads and infrastructures.

3- Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, and CAD software.

4- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5- Must be currently located in the UAE and available to start immediately.
