Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing accurate measurements, and supporting construction projects by ensuring precise site data and layouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys
• Measure and map land features using surveying instruments and software
• Establish control points, boundaries, and elevations
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and calculations
• Verify site conditions and ensure accuracy of measurements
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE regulations
• Maintain surveying equipment and records

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and surveying software
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE experience is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Immediate availability is a plus
