Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Land & Façade Surveyor with strong UAE experience to conduct precise land and building façade surveys. The ideal candidate will have expertise in surveying techniques, façade inspections, and UAE regulations, supporting construction, development, and maintenance projects with accurate data, reports, and recommendations.

Key ResponsibilitiesLand Surveying

• Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, distances, and angles for construction, development, and planning.
• Perform topographic, boundary, construction, and utility surveys for various projects.
• Use advanced survey equipment (Total Stations, GPS, Laser Scanners) to collect precise measurements.
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings for project planning.
• Research legal records, land titles, and maps to verify boundaries and resolve disputes.
• Ensure all surveying complies with UAE laws, zoning regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
• Supervise or train junior survey staff and assist in their professional development.
• Prepare and maintain field notes, records, and documentation.
• Support construction teams by calculating material quantities and estimates from survey data.

Façade Surveying & Inspections

• Conduct detailed building façade surveys to assess conditions, structural integrity, and material performance.
• Identify defects, wear, water ingress, corrosion, cracking, and other issues.
• Prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for repairs, maintenance, or replacement.
• Inspect materials, weatherproofing systems, and safety features of façades.
• Use specialized inspection tools such as drones, laser scanners, and thermal imaging cameras.
• Review architectural plans and drawings to support façade assessment work.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to implement repair or maintenance solutions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Manage multiple façade projects simultaneously, including follow-up inspections after repairs.

RequirementsEducation & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Architecture, Building Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience in land or façade surveying.
• Proven experience with façade inspection, structural assessment, and maintenance reporting.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with surveying equipment: Total Stations, GPS, Laser Scanners.
• Proficiency in survey and mapping software for data analysis and drawings.
• Knowledge of façade materials, construction methods, weatherproofing, and structural integrity assessment.
• Familiarity with drones, thermal imaging cameras, and laser scanning tools for façade inspections.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, architectural plans, and land documents.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, zoning laws, and local authority requirements.

Soft Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare technical reports.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
