Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land and site surveys to support construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring all measurements and layouts comply with approved drawings and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys using appropriate surveying instruments and technologies.
• Establish and verify horizontal and vertical control points for construction works.
• Interpret drawings, plans, maps, and legal documents related to land boundaries and project layouts.
• Set out alignments, levels, and dimensions for roads, buildings, utilities, and other structures.
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and data records with accuracy and clarity.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure survey data aligns with project requirements.
• Monitor and verify site measurements throughout different construction stages.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in resolving site discrepancies and technical issues related to surveying.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and levels.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with relevant surveying software is an advantage.

Work Environment:

• Site-based role with exposure to outdoor conditions.
• May require working extended hours based on project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
