We are looking for a skilled *Civil Detailer / Draftsman* to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing *Civil and structural drawings* and authority submission drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.Key Responsibilities* Prepare Civil and structural detailed drawings using AutoCAD.* Prepare submission drawings for *Sharjah Municipality* and other relevant authorities.* Coordinate drawings with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams.* Revise drawings based on authority comments until final approval.* Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes and authority requirements.* Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing revisions.Requirements* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.* *1&ndash;2+ years of UAE experience* as a Civil Detailer / Draftsman.* Proficiency in *AutoCAD*.* Experience preparing authority submission drawings.* Good knowledge of UAE building regulations and drafting standards.* Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Civil Detailer / Draftsman

<ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions.</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.</li><li>Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.</li><li>Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams.</li><li>Assist in project planning, budgeting, and cost control.</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE construction practices and market rates.</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills.</li><li>UAE driving license preferred.</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
