Project Estimator / Civil Engineer

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
• Knowledge of UAE construction practices and market rates.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
