Civil Detailer / Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled *Civil Detailer / Draftsman* to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing *Civil and structural drawings* and authority submission drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare Civil and structural detailed drawings using AutoCAD.

* Prepare submission drawings for *Sharjah Municipality* and other relevant authorities.

* Coordinate drawings with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams.

* Revise drawings based on authority comments until final approval.

* Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes and authority requirements.

* Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing revisions.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

* *1–2+ years of UAE experience* as a Civil Detailer / Draftsman.

* Proficiency in *AutoCAD*.

* Experience preparing authority submission drawings.

* Good knowledge of UAE building regulations and drafting standards.

* Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
