QS Engineer

We are looking for experienced QS Engineer who can work alongside a number of specialists at Aluminum Factory.

Responsibilities

• Quantity takes off and cost analysis for assigned projects
• Preparation and valuation of subcontractor’s payments
• Preparation of variation orders and coordination with procurement department
• Monthly budget forecast and projects cost reports
• Monthly manpower allocation and activity reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of UAE work experience in same field.
• Good communication skills.
• CANDY software knowledge is preferable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

• Quantity Surveying works in UAE: 4 years (Preferred)
