Planning / QS Engineer (Mustafa Developers DHA-2 Islamabad)

We are looking for a Planning / Quantity Surveying Engineer with strong analytical skills to support cost control and planning for designer residential home projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor project schedules and work programs.
• Develop BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs.
• Track project progress and prepare variance and delay analysis.
• Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
• Coordinate with site teams for planning and execution updates.
• Assist in subcontractor evaluations and payment certifications.
• Prepare progress reports for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong grip on BOQs, cost estimation, and project planning.
• Knowledge of residential construction methods and finishes.
• Proficiency in Primavera / MS Project / Excel.
• Good coordination and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in residential or designer projects.
