Land Surveyor

Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC (PTWL) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Surveyor with proven UAE experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land surveys, supporting project execution, and ensuring all survey data aligns with design and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using advanced equipment to determine:
• Property boundaries
• Elevations and contours
• Existing site conditions
• Prepare and interpret survey maps, drawings, sketches, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with landscape architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate survey data into design plans.
• Verify accuracy of survey data, measurements, and calculations in line with project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Perform boundary, easement, and construction staking surveys for landscaping projects.
• Conduct site assessments to identify potential design or construction challenges.
• Provide technical survey support and guidance to on-site construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and authority requirements.
• Liaise with government entities for approvals, permits, and submissions.
• Prepare and submit legal descriptions and survey documentation.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments to ensure proper functionality.
• Supervise and coordinate survey field crews to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in project meetings and provide expert survey input.
• Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and industry best practices.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budget coordination.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven UAE experience in landscaping surveying (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Ability to join immediately
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
