Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team for ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate site surveying, setting out works, and supporting project execution in line with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, leveling, and setting out as per project requirements
• Establish reference points, coordinates, and benchmarks
• Operate survey instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams for survey activities
• Prepare survey reports, field data, and as-built drawings
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in construction projects
• Proficiency in survey equipment and reading construction drawings
• Experience in high-rise or infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
