Land Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with proven expertise in UAE construction projects, particularly high-rise towers and villa developments. The candidate will be responsible for performing precise surveying tasks, setting out works, and ensuring all construction activities align with project drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, leveling, and setting out for high-rise and villa construction projects
• Establish control points, benchmarks, and grid lines
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, plans, and specifications
• Perform as-built surveys and maintain accurate site records
• Use modern surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level)
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure accuracy
• Verify dimensions, elevations, and alignments during construction
• Prepare survey reports, sketches, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE municipality standards and regulations
• Monitor site progress and report discrepancies or deviations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–7 years of UAE experience in:
• High-rise building projects
• Villa / residential developments
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority regulations
• Proficiency in surveying instruments:
• Total Station (Leica, Topcon, or similar)
• GPS systems
• AutoCAD for basic drafting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and teamwork skills
