Land Surveyor (Building & Roads – Construction Projects)

• Carry out land and site surveys for building and road construction projects.
• Set out coordinates, levels, alignments, and boundaries as per approved drawings.
• Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and reference systems.
• Perform surveying works for excavation, foundations, structural works, roadworks, and utilities.
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.
• Prepare survey reports, as-built drawings, and site documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and supervisors to ensure accurate execution of works.
• Verify measurements and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years UAE experience as a Land Surveyor in building and road projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, roadworks, and building layout works.
• Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and survey data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Arabic Speaker preferred

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
