Key Responsibilities1. Surveying & Setting Out
- Perform land and site surveys using total stations, GPS, and leveling instruments
- Establish control points, benchmarks, and reference lines within the factory yard and project sites
- Set out coordinates for precast molds, casting beds, and structural elements
- Ensure accurate alignment and positioning of precast components during installation
2. Precast Production Support
- Verify dimensions and levels of molds, shuttering, and casting beds before production
- Coordinate with production and QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with shop drawings
- Conduct dimensional checks of finished precast elements
3. Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications and standards
- Maintain records of survey data, reports, and as-built drawings
- Identify and report discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions
4. Coordination
- Liaise with engineers, production supervisors, and site teams
- Support erection teams by providing accurate layout points for installation
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors for survey verification
5. Equipment Management
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments (Total Station, Auto Level, GPS)
- Ensure proper handling and storage of survey equipment
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in surveying, preferably in precast or construction industry
