Land Surveyor (Landscaping Company)

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Surveys: Perform boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys for landscape developments.
• Setting Out: Accurately set out irrigation lines, hardscape structures, planting areas, and water features on-site.
• Data Analysis: Process data using GIS/computer software to produce maps and detailed site plans.
• Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and contractors to resolve discrepancies.
• Documentation: Maintain survey reports, field notes, and verify shop drawings.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with GPS, Total Stations, and Automated Levels.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to interpret landscaping drawings and Civil engineering data.
• Experience: Usually 4-5 years of experience within the UAE construction or landscaping industry.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
• License: A valid UAE driving license is often mandatory.

Typical Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying software.
• Relevant experience within Dubai or Abu Dhabi landscapes.
