Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Land Surveyor (RTA project) for a leading water infrastructure contracting company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in roads, utilities, and microtunnelling projects, with hands-on expertise in surveying for pipeline and infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic, layout, and as-built surveys
• Perform setting out for roads and utilities projects
• Operate survey equipment: Total Station, GPS (RTK), Auto Level
• Support construction of:
• Stormwater drainage systems
• Sewerage pipelines
• Irrigation networks
• Potable water pipelines
• Firewater pressure lines
• Carry out surveys for Microtunnelling, HDD, Pipe Jacking, and NDRC works
• Prepare survey reports and coordinate with site engineers
• Ensure compliance with RTA standards and project requirements
• Prepare drawings using AutoCAD 2D and Civil 3D

Requirements

• Land Surveyor with UAE Micro tunneling projects
• 4–7 years of UAE experience in infrastructure / utilities projects
• Strong experience in roads and utilities surveying
• Experience in microtunnelling or trenchless works
• Diploma or Degree in Surveying / Civil Engineering

Technical Skills

• Total Station
• GPS (RTK)
• Auto Level
• AutoCAD 2D
• Civil 3D
• MS Office

Preferred Experience

• Infrastructure projects in UAE (Dubai preferred)
• Experience in:
• Roads (major & minor)
• Utilities & pipeline networks
• Trenchless technologies (Microtunnelling, HDD, Pipe Jacking)
