Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Land Surveyor with strong AutoCAD skills and proven experience in building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring accurate project layout and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform land and site surveys using Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level
• Prepare survey drawings, layouts, and reports using AutoCAD
• Set out building positions, levels, and alignments as per approved plans
• Verify site measurements and ensure accuracy in construction work
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams
• Monitor site progress and resolve discrepancies in survey data
• Maintain and calibrate survey equipment regularly

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in building construction projects
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level)
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
