A reputable and expanding landscaping company based in Houston, Texas is seeking a Landscape Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of commercial and residential client accounts. This role is essential in maintaining strong client partnerships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, identifying opportunities for account growth, and collaborating with field operations teams to execute landscape maintenance and enhancement programs.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with commercial and residential property owners, managers, and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, account management issues, and property concerns.
- Conduct routine property inspections and site evaluations to assess landscape conditions, ensure service quality, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with operations managers, field supervisors, and crew leaders to schedule maintenance activities and ensure efficient service execution.
- Recommend enhancement opportunities such as seasonal plantings, irrigation improvements, landscape upgrades, and other value-added services tailored to client needs.
- Prepare proposals, service estimates, contract renewals, pricing adjustments, and enhancement recommendations.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and maintaining strong client retention.
- Monitor account performance, service quality, and contract compliance to ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client communications, property assessments, service recommendations, and account activities.
- Coordinate seasonal and recurring services including mulch applications, seasonal color rotations, irrigation adjustments, cleanups, and enhancement projects.
- Ensure all assigned properties consistently meet company quality standards and maintain a professional appearance.
- Support operational planning and scheduling efforts when needed to enhance service efficiency and delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least three years of experience in account management, customer service, property management, facilities services, landscaping, or a related field.
- Prior experience managing commercial and/or residential client accounts is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, irrigation systems, plant materials, and enhancement services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and related account management tools is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are an asset but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
