The Grounds Guys of Odgen offer a wide range of maintenance, installation, and seasonal services, including:

• Lawn and grounds maintenance — mowing, edging, aeration, dethatching, seeding, fertilization, weed/pest control, and seasonal clean-ups.
• Landscape design and installation — hardscaping (patios, walkways, retaining walls), softscaping, sod/gravel installation, flower/garden bed care, and eco-friendly options like xeriscaping or drip irrigation.
• Tree, shrub, and irrigation care — pruning, trimming, irrigation repair/installation (including smart controllers), and drainage solutions.
• Seasonal and specialty services — snow and ice removal, holiday lighting, storm cleanup, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and concrete cleaning.
• Additional offerings include landscape lighting, mulch/rock upgrades, and custom designs with 2D/3D previews.

We are seeking hardworking, reliable Landscaping Laborers to join our field teams. In this entry-to-mid level role, you will perform a variety of hands-on landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks to help keep our clients’ properties looking beautiful year-round. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to grow within a supportive local company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the crew in performing lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, aeration, dethatching, and seasonal clean-ups, etc.
• Help with landscape installation and enhancement projects such as laying sod, spreading mulch/rock, planting flowers and shrubs, installing garden beds, and basic hardscaping.
• Perform tree and shrub care, including pruning, weeding, and mulching.
• Support irrigation system maintenance and repair tasks.
• Participate in seasonal services including snow and ice removal, storm cleanup, pressure washing, and holiday lighting installation.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
• Keep job sites clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent The Grounds Guys professionally on every job site.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous landscaping, lawn care, or general labor experience is preferred but not required – we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (hot summers and cold winters in Utah).
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-player attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from Crew Leaders.
• Commitment to safety and delivering quality work.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
