Landscape and Swimming Pool Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape and Swimming Pool Designer to join our team, focusing on creating stunning, functional, and sustainable environments for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. This role requires a blend of creative flair, technical drafting skills, and excellent client communication to deliver luxury outdoor living areas and large-scale amenity spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional designs for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality outdoor spaces.
• Meet with clients and consultants to determine project goals, scope, and budget requirements.
• Conduct detailed site analyses, including measurements, photographs, and existing conditions.
• Produce 2D and 3D conceptual drawings, construction documents, and detailed planting plans.
• Specify materials, including hardscape (stone, tile, decking) and softscape (plants, trees).
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, accessibility standards, and zoning ordinances.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and bill of materials for client proposals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Proficiency required in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a landscape and swimming pools design, preferably in the UAE.

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

A respectful, and responsible professional with a positive attitude who can effectively communicate and adhere to company policies.
