Landscape Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design outdoor environments such as parks, campuses, urban plazas, residential developments, and commercial properties.
• Prepare site plans, specifications, cost estimates, and graphic representations.
• Analyze natural elements of the site to inform design.
• Develop detailed construction drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, urban planners, and environmental scientists.
• Oversee project implementation, including site visits, contractor coordination, and compliance checks.
• Ensure that projects meet legal, environmental, and zoning requirements.
• Use software such as AutoCAD, V-Ray, SketchUp, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion and 3D rendering tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Lumion, V-Ray & SketchUP).
• Strong understanding of ecological systems, grading, drainage, planting design, and construction methods.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and time management abilities.
