- Lead the landscape design discipline from concept to construction.
- Oversee technical design, documentation, and coordination with architecture, civil, and MEP teams.
- Develop comprehensive landscape packages including:
Hardscape layouts
Grading and drainage plans
Planting and irrigation designs
Lighting layouts and construction details - Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards and sustainability frameworks (Estidama, LEED, Al Sa’fat).
- Review and approve design deliverables to maintain quality, precision, and consistency.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subconsultants to resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Conduct site supervision and monitor progress to ensure design intent is met.
- Mentor and manage a team of landscape architects/designers and oversee project resource allocation.
- Contribute to proposals, fee planning, and client presentations.
- Promote sustainable, climate-responsive design aligned with company standards.
